Friday, November 1, 2024 - Dropped off the 2019 Impreza for service, and ended up taking a 2024 Crosstrek Limited (see Photo 2) for a test drive. Drove it home to see if it fit in the garage, which it did. Decided to get the one that also had the built-in navigation system, which was located at the Henrietta location. They drove the desired car to Victor for purchase, and delivery on Monday, November 4, 2024. The car had 33 miles on it.

February 11, 2025 (Tuesday – odometer: 4,078 mi.). Drop car at Van Bortel for a problem with the car vibrating after driving on minimally snowy and icy roads. Got a rental car (new silver Crosstrek). Service consultant was Dylan Love. He said he had never heard of this problem.
They found nothing wrong with the car. No charge for looking at it, and no charge for the rental.
Agreed to bring the car directly to the service bay when the vibrations are happening again, or make a video of the vibrations, and send it directly to Dylan Love's cell phone. Only problem is that there is nothing they can do because they said there were no problems or error codes found.
May also try to change some settings on-the-fly with the on-screen interface. Go to Settings > Car (as described by Dylan).
If this problem persists, I'll investigate selling the car back to the dealer, and get a different brand of car.
