1956 Mercedes-Benz Type 220S Ponton sedan

I found your website very useful during the restoration of my 1956 Mercedes-Benz Type 220S Ponton sedan. This is a very special and original 220S that I found in Thailand with its original upholstery still intact.  All the chrome is neat and has almost no scratches.  It spent many years in an enclosed garage.  The original engine runs very smoothly after a tune-up.  It is LHD (left hand drive) where Thailand is a RHD country.  I am sending these photographs to share with other Ponton lovers all over the world. Thank you for maintaining a very nice website for all of us to enjoy.
